We are looking for an exceptional qualitative researcher who is energetic, innovative and enthusiastic individual to join our dedicated qualitative team as a Qualitative Research Manager to be based in our Oxfordshire head office.

Our specialist qualitative team work across many of our account teams to lend qualitative weight to projects at all stages of the project cycle. Key responsibilities will include planning individual projects from start to finish, being hands on in terms of fieldwork (moderating workshops/focus groups/IDIs etc), client liaison and report writing. Experience of and an interest in online qualitative research would also be highly desirable.

As well as offering a wide range of both traditional and more creative techniques, MMR has developed unique qualitative approaches that helps clients create and shape detailed product briefs right at the start of the innovation process. One approach, called EROS brings together the clients R&D and marketing teams, MMR’s qualitative, sensory and product experts and creative, sensorially articulate consumers. It really plays to our strengths and has proven very popular with clients, and is definitely one of the reasons why the qual function’s grown so strongly.

As many of our projects are multinational, this role also provides a great opportunity to travel internationally and work across different cultures all over the world.
